Lomak Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: LOM) President John H. Pinkerton described a corporate vision of growth while adding per share value when he addressed Rauscher Pierce Refsnes Inc.'s 1996 Energy Conference Sept. 17. He outlined approaches that attempt to be balanced geographically (in Texas, Oklahoma and Appalachia) and operationally (with acquisitions, exploration and development). He suggested that the Fort Worth independent producer's proven track record of impressive per share results, its concentration on smaller, less competitive acquisitions and its development inventory of more than 500 proven projects all were reasons to invest in Lomak.
