North Coast Energy Inc. and Lomak Petroleum Inc. settled their differences last week as North Coast expanded its board of directors from six to nine members, with the three new directors to be chosen by Lomak. North Coast President Garry Regan assumes the additional title of chairman while Charles M. Lombardy Jr. retains the title of chief executive officer. Lomak designated its president, John H. Pinkerton; its vice chairman, C.R. Michaels, and its vice president for the Appalachian region, Steven L. Grose, as representatives on North Coast's board.
