Article: SEN. PRYOR SEEKS ADEQUATE FUNDING FOR PINE BLUFF ARSENAL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR FIRST RESPONDERS

The office of Sen. Mark Pryor, D-Ark., issued the following press release:

Sen. Mark Pryor today said he is seeking additional funds for a program based in Pine Bluff, AR that has been critical in providing over 70,000 emergency responders nationally with on-site equipment training and technical assistance for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive detection.

"I believe equipment and training should go hand-in-hand," Pryor said. "That's why I'm working to properly fund Pine Bluff's premiere and highly popular on-site training program.
