Article: Taiwanese Inventors Develop Toner Cartridge

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 13 -- Ya-Li Huang and Ren-Hao Liu, both of Taichung, Taiwan, Chin-His Chuang of Changhua, Taiwan, and Kuan-Tung Li of Yunlin, Taiwan, have developed a toner cartridge for use in an electronic image forming apparatus that is easy to install and effectively prevents a false action.
