Article: Japanese Inventors Develop Cellulose Fiber Regenerating Method

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- Hiroaki Tanibe and Itsuo Kurahashi, both of Gotenba, Japan, Masatoshi Kudou of Shizuoka-ken, Japan and Koji Ando of Koshigaya, Japan, have developed Modified regenerated cellulose fiber and fiber product thereof.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, the invention relates to a "modified regenerated cellulose fiber which enables dyeing in different colors by combining the modified regenerated cellulose fiber and other fibers by means of mixed spinning or union knitting/weaving.
