DISPUR, July 20 -- The Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Assam has started sending news and other press-matters to news papers and electronic media by e-mail from today. Rockybul Hussain, Minister, Information and Public Relations inaugurated the e-mail news service at a brief function held at the Directorate Headquarter at Dispur today, said an official release.Inaugurating the e-mail service, Minister Hussain expressed satisfaction at starting this facility by the State DIPR albeit belatedly saying that it was a must for the Directorate to adapt itself to the modern technology to catch up with the changing ...
