Article: Traumatic Brain Injury Act Introduced in Senate by Sen. Hatch

WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Sen. Orrin G. Hatch, R-Utah, has introduced the Traumatic Brain Injury Act of 2006 (S. 3668), legislation that would "amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for the expansion and improvement of traumatic brain injury programs."

The bill, introduced on July 17, is being co-sponsored by Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, D-Massachusetts. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
