Article: OFFICE OF THE INSURANCE FRAUD PROSECUTOR CHARGES MAPLE SHADE WOMAN WITH PRESCRIPTION DRUG INSURANCE FRAUD SCAM

The New Jersey Attorney General issued the following news release:

Attorney General Zulima V. Farber and Division of Criminal Justice Director Gregory A. Paw announced that a Maple Shade woman has been indicted for her alleged role in a prescription drug insurance fraud scam.

According to Insurance Fraud Prosecutor Greta Gooden Brown, Dawn M. Nehring, 33, of Maple Shade, was indicted by a Burlington County Grand Jury on charges of second-degree health care claims fraud, third-degree theft by deception, and third-degree obtaining a controlled dangerous substance. The indictment was handed up yesterday in Superior Court in Burlington County.
