The City of Los Angeles issued the following news release:
Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo's Gang Unit has obtained a preliminary injunction to curtail the activities of the Black P Stones, a criminal street gang in the Crenshaw area of the city. The injunction, one of 30 across Los Angeles, is a key component of a collaborative, three year effort to improve the quality of life in the Baldwin Village neighborhood by targeting city services, expanding community outreach and enhancing enforcement. "South Los Angeles will be a safer place to live and work because we were able to secure this powerful weapon in our war on gangs," said Delgadillo.
