Memories from the original superkrewe
For me, when it comes to Carnival parades. Bacchus is the best. The krewe began the super float trition. Each Carnival, it rolls with about 1,100 riders and owns the second Sunday night of the season, which is commonly called "Bacchus Sunday." The krewe has been running strong since it first hit the streets in 1969.
