WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 -- Sen. Rick Santorum, R-Pennsylvania, has introduced the Congressional Commission on the Abolition of Modern-Day Slavery Act (S. 3787), legislation that would "establish a congressional Commission on the Abolition of Modern-Day Slavery."
The bill, introduced on Aug. 3, was co-sponsored by Sens. Mark Pryor, D-Arkansas, and Elizabeth Dole, R-North Carolina. It was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
