The New York State Office of General Services issued the following news release:
On Thursday, April 6, 2006 at 11:00 am, New York State Officials will be joined by families and friends of missing persons to announce the start of construction for the New York State Missing Persons Remembrance.
WHAT: New York State Missing Persons Remembrance Groundbreaking Ceremony
WHEN: Thursday, April 6, 2006 at 11:00am
WHERE: Empire State Plaza's Memorial Park in Albany adjacent to the New York State Museum. The Remembrance will stand on a small hill on the southeast corner of Madison and Swan Streets.
PARKING: Parking will be available in the Madison Avenue and Cathedral parking lots. Members of the ...
