New Delhi, Sept. 28 -- A successful leader inspires workers to innovate by creating an enabling ambience at the workplace, said B Muthuraman, Managing Director, Tata Steel, at The Leadership Summit 2005, organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) here today.
The process of creating an enabling ambience involved freedom of speech, fairness, justice, healthy atmosphere for dissent and free flow of ideas which comprised 80 percent of personnel management.
