The Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) will be deploying the filing interface for the FCC Form 608 Application or Notification for Spectrum Leasing Arrangement or Private Commons Arrangement.
The new FCC Form 608 is being added to the Universal Licensing System (ULS) License Manager to implement the FCC's policies adopted in its Secondary Markets proceeding. Parties will use FCC Form 608 for purposes of notifying the FCC of or seeking FCC authority to enter into Spectrum Leasing Arrangements. The hands-on training will include the ...
