The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency has issued the following press release:

The U.S. Department of Agriculture designated the entire state of New Hampshire and three New York counties as primary natural disaster areas due to several adverse weather-related conditions. The decision makes all qualified farm operators in the designated areas eligible for low-interest emergency (EM) loans from USDA's Farm Service Agency (FSA). The entire state of New Hampshire has been designated a primary disaster area due to losses caused by excessive rain and flooding that occurred from May 1, 2006, and continuing.
