ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 29 -- James N. Weinstein of Maple Grove, Minn., Thomas G. Cremers of Green Isle, Minn., and Thomas L. Smith of Greenfield, Minn., have developed assemblies useable in the field of rotary cutting.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A rotary cutter assembly includes a rotary cutter rotated by a motor through a drive including pulleys and a belt inside of a combination guard and belt tensioner assembly.
