Article: New Jersey Inventors Develop Cellular System Performance Evaluation System

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 19 -- Sydney D. Bridges of Middletown, N.J., Charles Michael DeSantis of Neptune, N.J., Jane Klein of Perrineville, N.J., and Steve J. Nossen of Somerset, N.J., have developed an apparatus and a system for measurement and antenna placement tool for establishing a cell site.
