East Timor's Chief Minister Mari Alkatiri says a recent deal with Phillips proves his fledging country is open to new gas development projects.
"Timor Sea is open for business. I invite all investors to join East Timor and Australia in developing an area particularly rich in gas," Alkatiri told IBC's GTL conference in Perth, Australia, on Feb. 28.
