LANSING - Class VI River Runners has put some "luxury" into the whitewater rafting experience, bringing a new level of lodging to adventure-seekers in the New River Gorge.
The Fayette County whitewater rafting company recently unveiled eight new luxury cabins that are expected to attract tourists from the local area, the United States and all over the world, according to Rebecca Kimmins, Class VI spokeswoman.
Nestled several hundred yards from the rim of the scenic New River Gorge, the cabins offer beautiful views of one of West Virginia's greatest natural attractions - the New River Gorge.
