Diminished value (DV) is a controversial enough topic in courtrooms across the nation, but it is an even more volatile issue for repair facilities that offer consulting and appraisal services for diminished value. And such is the goal of Greg and Cynthia Kordsmeier, owners of Kordsmeier Auto Refinishing in Conway, Ark., whose pursuit of DV recovery has recently brought them legal trouble.
