The New York State Office of General Services issued the following news release:

On Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at 4:00pm, New York State Officials will be joined by families and friends of missing persons to officially dedicate the New York State Missing Persons Remembrance.

WHAT: New York State Missing Persons Remembrance Groundbreaking Ceremony

WHEN: Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at 4:00pm

WHERE: Empire State Plaza's Memorial Park in Albany adjacent to the New York State Museum. The Remembrance stands on a small hill on the southeast corner of Madison and Swan Streets.
