The Democratic National Committee issued the following news release:

According to ABC World News with Charles Gibson, a new Congressional report to be released tomorrow will show that convicted Republican super-lobbyist Jack Abramoff had much more access to the Bush White House than previously disclosed by the Bush Administration. ABC News reports that Abramoff may have had up to 450 contacts with White House officials, including nine with Bush confidante Karl Rove. According to ABC, Abramoff was "able to get some action on behalf of his clients from the administration" by offering "dinners and concert tickets and other kinds of meals and drinks to White House officials."
