The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following press release:

Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Joseph T. Kelliher has announced the appointment of Judge Lawrence Brenner as Deputy Chief Administrative Law Judge.

"I'm pleased that Judge Brenner has accepted this position. His extensive background in energy law, along with his exemplary work in mediating some particularly difficult cases, has proved invaluable to the Commission," Chairman Kelliher said.
