Article: UNITED KINGDOM: DUKE OF WESTMINSTER DROPS IN ON HMS RALEIGH

The government of United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence's Royal Navy issued the following news release:

The Duke, the most senior serving Territorial Army officer, holds the appointment of Assistant Chief of Defence Staff (Reserves and Cadets). As the inspecting officer at the passing-out-parade, he congratulated the fourteen Royal Naval Reservists from six different RNR units who had just completed their two week new entry training course.

Among those on parade was 23-year-old student Able Seaman David Wren and civil servant Able Seaman Malcolm Moyes, aged 27, who are both members of the Plymouth based RNR unit, HMS Vivid. Commanding Officer of HMS Raleigh, Commodore John Keegan, said:
