The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:

Ohio EPA will hold a public information session and hearing on Thursday, October 26, 2006, to answer questions and accept comments on a draft air permit issued to the Andersons, Inc., for a proposed ethanol production plant.

The hearing will take place at 7 p.m. in the assembly room at the Shawnee Prairie Preserve/Nature Center, 4267 State Route 502 West, Greenville (Darke County).

The draft air permit regulates particulate matter, volatile organic compounds, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, carbon monoxide and hazardous air pollutant emissions. A final permit is needed before the plant ...
