New Delhi, Oct 20 -- The Uttar Pradesh assembly's summoning of CNN-IBN editor-in-chief Rajdeep Sardesai to explain his position on an investigative report that nailed one of its legislators has evoked sharp criticism from media pundits and journalists who see this as an insidious attempt to control the media from doing its job - expose wrong-doing in high places.
