The city of Vail issued the following news release:

VAIL TOWN COUNCIL APPROVES SEIBERT CIRCLE FEATURE

The Vail Town Council has approved a fountain design for Seibert Circle pending a private fundraising campaign headed by local businessman Ron Riley and Alan Kosloff of the Vail Village Homeowners Association. The project will include the first-time use of "leapfrog" water jets and "water on fire" nozzles developed by WET Design, a Los Angeles-based firm that has installed features throughout the world. A project budget of $675,000 was approved for the Vail feature, with $325,000 of the total amount to be raised with private funds, including a $200,000 contribution by Vail Resorts ...
