Argen acquires Jelenko alloy business

The Argen Corp. has entered into an agreement to acquire the Jelenko Dental Alloy Business from Heraeus Kulzer Inc. Argen will maintain the Jelenko name, and all Jelenko products will be manufactured with the same alloy name, packaging, and formulas.

"The Jelenko name is well-recognized and respected in the dental industry," said Anton Woolf, executive v.p. of Argen. "With this acquisition, we strengthen our commitment to the dental laboratory owners to offer the highest quality and broadest range of dental alloys in the world."
