Dr. Eduardo Gamarra, UA alumnus and director of the Latin American and Caribbean Center at Florida International University, will present a talk on "Politics in Latin America: Bolivia and Evo Morales," at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct.30, in seminar room A of the Reynolds Center building. This event is free and open to the public, and a reception with refreshments will follow.
