Gov. John Hoeven, R-N.D., issued the following press release:
Gov. John Hoeven today presented a $2 million check to North Dakota State University for the Center of Excellence on Surface Protection. The Center will provide market-driven research and development of surface protecting coatings that will enhance the durability of products manufactured in North Dakota. The $2 million in Center of Excellence funding will leverage $4.0 million in private sector investment into the project.
