The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) share a transportation-based relationship that began in 2003 when CSUF started searching for a better way to get students, faculty and staff to and from campus. Parking on campus was limited and the university faced the expense of building additional parking structures.
