Article: Politicians make Delhi unreal city

NEW DELHI, India, Nov 13 -- "But, Delhi is not India." How often one hears this dismissive sentence especially when one is on the verge of winning an argument. It is meant to disarm one's opponent and it usually succeeds. But it does not work with me any longer. This is because I know full well that there is no city, town, hamlet or forest clearing in this country than can qualify to be India either.
