NEW DELHI, India, Nov 16 -- THE AVAILABILITY of awesome lakes like the Upper Lake of Bhopal gives India the opportunity to lead in the water sports at the international level. The need is to capitalise upon the available resources, feels Toth Arpad, the Hungarian coach. He was in the City on Wednesday as a special invitee in the opening ceremony of 17th National Kayaking and Canoeing Championship organised at the Water Sports Centre of Sports Directorate, Upper Lake.
