Rep. Russ Carnahan, D-Mo. (3rd CD), issued the following news release: Upon their return to Washington, Members of Congress today unanimously approved a resolution, honoring the 2006 World Champion St. Louis Cardinals. The resolution was introduced by St. Louis Rep. William "Lacy" Clay (MO-1st), and co-sponsored by Missouri Rep. Russ Carnahan (MO-3rd).
