Thank you, Colonel Frye, for your very kind introduction. I am very glad to be with the men and women of the 130th Airlift Wing on this momentous occasion.

It's truly an honor to join with Senator Byrd and Representative Capito to be out of Washington and here with you today.

As I stand here today on a chilly, grey winter's day, I reminded that during the heat of last spring and summer, we were all in the midst of the great fight to save the 130th Airlift Wing.
