Rep. Joseph Crowley (D-Queens & the Bronx) today sent a letter to President George W. Bush, questioning his administration's choice to head the Office of Population Affairs.
Eric Keroack was recently named as deputy assistant secretary for the Department of Health and Human Services agency that has a $283 million annual budget, and oversees federally funded teen pregnancy and family planning programs.
