The Old Town City Council issued the following meeting minutes:
Council convened July 10, 2006 at the Old Town Public Library on Middle Street.
Councilors present: President Gary Sirois, Donna Ketchen, Carol May, Linda McLeod, Lisa Morin, and Charles Pinkham. David Mahan absent.
Administration present: Peggy Daigle, Bob Miller, Patty Brochu, Charlie Heinonen, Valerie Osborne, Gary Stetson, Mike Whalen and David Wight.
Others present: Four citizens in the audience and news media.
Council President Sirois called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m.
