National Dentex Corp., one of the largest owner/operators of dental labs in the United States, acquired the Keller Group Inc. and of Impact Dental Laboratory Ltd. of Ottawa, Ontario. Privately held Keller has production facilities in St. Louis and Louisville, Ky., and sales offices in Kansas City, Mo., and Indianapolis.
"Keller is widely recognized within the dental community as one of the best managed, progressive, and innovative laboratory businesses in the country," said David Brown, National Dentex President and CEO.
