Article: STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL COMMITTEE APPROVES SEVEN SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS

The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services issued the following news release:

The N.C. Structural Pest Control Committee approved seven settlement agreements at a recent meeting at the N.C. State Fairgrounds. The committee approved the following settlement agreements with structural pest control operators:

R. Clay Metcalfe of Pest Patrol in Greensboro agreed to pay $12,500 for performing pest control work without a current license. Metcalfe performed 547 household pest services, 18 termite treatments, one powder post beetle service and issued 133 Wood Destroying Insect Reports during a period of 10 months while his license was lapsed.
