Article: ESTONIA: PRIME MINISTER ANSIP THANKS PORTUGAL FOR GOOD COOPERATION

The office of the Prime Minister issued the following news release:

Prime Minister Andrus Ansip is on a two-day working visit to Portugal, where he met with the President of Portugal Anibal Antonio Cavaco Silva last night.

Ansip thanked Portugal for its good cooperation in international organisations; especially important for Estonia was Portugal's contribution to the NATO Baltic Air Security Mission. The Prime Minister mentioned that Estonia and Portugal, as border countries of the European Union, have a very good understanding of each other.
