ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 12 -- Christopher J. Giovino of Randolph, N.J., has developed an ornamental design for a patio heater, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced.
The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. D532,501 on Nov. 21.
The patent has been assigned to Sunjoy Industries Group Inc., Steubenville, Ohio.
