Article: Ohio Inventors Develop Plastic Closure, Container Package

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 14 -- Kenneth S. Bloom of Bloomdale, Ohio, and Stephen A. Eilertson of Perrysburg, Ohio, have developed a plastic closure that includes a plastic closure shell with a base wall with a central opening and a skirt with at least one internal thread or bead for securing the closure to a container finish.
