Article: Rep. Renzi Introduces Southeast Arizona Land Exchange, Conservation Act

WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 -- Rep. Rick Renzi, R-Arizona, has introduced the Southeast Arizona Land Exchange and Conservation Act of 2006 (H.R. 6373), legislation that would "authorize and direct the exchange and conveyance of certain National Forest land and other land in southeast Arizona."

The bill, introduced on Dec. 5, was co-sponsored by Reps. Ed Pastor, D-Arizona, and Trent Franks, R-Arizona. It was referred to the House Resources Committee.
