Article: BECOME PHARMACY TECHNICIAN; TRAINING BEGINS ON FEB. 5

The College of Lake County issued the following news release:

A 12-week non-credit pharmacy technician training class will be offered this spring through the CLC Allied Health program in partnership with MRxI Corporation. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of pharmacy technicians is expected to grow much faster than the average (27 percent or more from 2004 through 2014) because as the population grows and ages, demand for pharmaceuticals will increase dramatically.
