The Michigan Public Service Commission released the following meeting notice:

* Alpena Power Company plans to use a power supply cost recovery factor of 15.08 mills per kilowatt-hour to compute its retail electric customers' bills beginning January 2007 and continuing through December 2007, if the Michigan Public Service Commission approves its request.
