AUSTRIAN TECHNOLOGY Group AndritzAG is to become the sole owner of Andritz Küsters GmbH & Co KG after the other, minority shareholder, Jagenberg AG decided to sell its remaining 40% holding. Andritz and Jagenberg agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Based in Krefeld, Germany, Andritz Küsters comprises the nonwoven and paper divisions of the former Eduard Küsters Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co KG and has the rights to all the products, patents and brands covered by these divisions. The company makes and develops machinery and technology for the production and processing of nonwovens, cardboard and paper.
