Article: Andritz takes sole control of former Küsters nonwovens unit

AUSTRIAN TECHNOLOGY Group AndritzAG is to become the sole owner of Andritz Küsters GmbH & Co KG after the other, minority shareholder, Jagenberg AG decided to sell its remaining 40% holding. Andritz and Jagenberg agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Based in Krefeld, Germany, Andritz Küsters comprises the nonwoven and paper divisions of the former Eduard Küsters Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co KG and has the rights to all the products, patents and brands covered by these divisions.
