The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following press release:

BRIAN HUDNALL, 38, of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, pled guilty before United States Magistrate Judge Mary E. Stanley yesterday, admitting that he willfully failed to pay his child support obligation. Hudnall was ordered to pay child support for the benefit of his children who reside with their mother in West Virginia.
