The California Business, Transportation & Housing Agency's Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control issued the following press release:

On December 20, 2006, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control posted a 20 day suspension notice at a licensed business known as The Abyss, located at 146 S. Murphy Ave. in Sunnyvale. The suspension was the result of an accusation filed against the premises for disorderly premises, delaying and obstructing an investigation, refilling contaminated alcoholic beverages and allowing an intoxicated patron on the premises.
