Alphageo India Ltd., has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 18, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2006 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2006, as audited and certified by the report of the Directors.

2. Declaration of 10% dividend on the paidup equity share capital of the Company
