Article: COUNTY PROVIDES LOAN ASSISTANCE FOR PROPERTY RENOVATIONS IN ARBUTUS COMMERCIAL REVITALIZATION DISTRICT

Baltimore County issued the following press release:

Baltimore County provided $121,630 in loans from the Department of Economic Development's Building Investment Loan program for the renovation of three properties located in the Arbutus Commercial Revitalization District. The properties all located on Leeds Avenue, are owned by Gail Industries, a family and minority owned advertising specialty business.

Two of the buildings, now available for lease, are suitable for small businesses, such as those in the service professions. Gail Industries, established in 1971, occupies the third property with plans to remain.
